With that said, the U-23's have 21 and 22 year olds on the team. In 2009, the height of qualifying for South Africa, these guys will be 24 and 25, and approaching thier prime (hopefully). So maybe that is where some of our focus should be, and try to develope some of the younger talent along with some of the proven guys (which I am not sure we have any legit "proven" guys anymore...).
