Every once in a while my older brother teaches me something new even though we are in our mid/late 30s. Today he introduced me to breakfast appetizers. In this case, breakfast sausage on a stick, dipped in waffle batter, deep fried and served with maple syrup and hot sauce to dip in. Fantastic.
