Google Wave Testing

Testing out Google Wave as I chill out out the couch today. Looks like it might be a really effective collaboration tool. As a result, I sent out some invitations to some people I work with to see if it helps with communication for some of the teams I am on that are geographically dispersed. Playback features, inline editing, the ability to respond to mid-stream thoughts, and the option of adding new participants to a dialogue...all pretty sweet. Anyone else playing with Wave?

I keep trying to score an invite to use for the (working) children's museum board I am on. I am hoping it will be a great way to share our ideas about different documents and projects since we only meet once a week. Please share your thoughts on it after you've had a chance to try it out.

Initially I have been just playing around on it with Carlee and it is pretty neat. Real time collaboration with a bunch of gadgets/extensions. Hopefully I can get someone from work to try it out with me at some point. Shoot me your email address and I'll get one of my invites out to you.

Oh. One drawback I see at the moment is the inability to save or export a wave out of the tool itself. That is a definite feature that I'll want...

Never heard of ShowDocument. Looks kind of interesting. May try it out. Thanks!
