We have some new guys on the team who are getting to know each other. So far, I think it is going really well. We had our first tournament this weekend and won two games and tied one. In the tie game we were down 2-0 to the defending state champions of the competitive level we promoted ourselves to. With 3 minutes left, we were down to 10 men due to a red card. In those 3 minutes, we scored 2 beautiful goals to tie it up and missed a third and final shot by about a foot to give us the go ahead. Exciting finish.

Here is a brief snippet from the bench that I thought was hilarious.

Player 1: Who is that guy in the stands over there?
Player 2: What guy?
Player 1: The one next to the two hot chicks.
Player 2: That's my sister and my girlfriend.
Player 1: Oh.
