Escape

We spent the afternoon and evening at 3 Mile Lake in St Landry Parish, which based on cursory research tonight seems to also be named Mamsella Bayou. That may not be 100% right...and if someone knows otherwise, let me know. Here is where it is (where the small "A" is below):

One of the primary activities (besides the basics of a few cold ones and some bbq) was tubing. Here is my wife and our friend Ellen in action.


I've got a bunch of neat pictures of the gang out on the lake that I will upload tomorrow. It was a nice way to escape after a weekend where the soccer games didn't quite go as well as everyone hoped.
