No backup plan needed...


Successful experiment with my wife supplying everything that is not grilled. Dry ribs on the left, wet ones on the right. Leftovers without a doubt.

You should pick up the Weber Smokey Mountain smoker. I did 10 lbs. of pulled pork, smoked. Took 17 hours but worth every minute. The smoker has a water pan so meats don't dry out. If you are going to get into the world of real bbq, that's what you need!

Ribs look fantastic by the way...
