The Hold Steady - Sequestered in Memphis

The Hold Steady (from Brooklyn) are popping up in conversations all over the place for me lately. I hear they are great live. They were on the last Monthly Mix, Stranger to Blue.

In bar light, she looked alright
In daylight she looked desperate.

No Louisiana tour dates. They are in Tallahassee on November 2nd though - which happens to be where I am tonight. Looks like I arrived here about 1 month too early...
