Celebrate Your Success

It is too bad the co-ed season is over as of this past Friday. I was just starting to get comfortable with introducing true goal celebrations to the league. I've never been someone who celebrates after scoring so this is a new thing for me. I grew up as a calm "I've been there before" goal scorer...even though goals were a rare thing with my role as a sweeper.

Needless to say, I won't be doing this particular celebration any time soon.

That's just wrong. No goal is that important... Ok, well maybe the game winner of the World Cup final. But only maybe.

Nevermind, no it's not.

Player 1: I scored! I scored!
Player 2: Hold him down boys, here come big poppa!
Player 1: Wow, this is awkward, I am just going to pretend nothing happened...go to a happy place...go to a happy place
