Today was my wife's birthday. I couldn't manage to get her top choice of birthday presents: a regional title, so we settled for a nice dinner last night and tonight, a game a badminton, a foot rub or two, an 8-0 US MNT victory over Barbados and a play date with Jozy and Maggie. Since it was a travel day as well, it may not have been the most relaxing birthday for her but I think it was a relative success.
Happy Birthday to the one person in the world who makes all of my days be filled with purpose. You are truly amazing.
