This truck is actually employed by a local joint called Raising Cane's, a chicken tender fast food joint. They are closely affiliated with UL, whose mascot is the Rajin' Cajun. Geaux Cajuns!
Raising Cane's actually started in Baton Rouge and was the result of a business class project at LSU. I can only assume that their local roots and their focus on community involvement is why they are so into UL here. At this point, they have over 50 locations, many in areas with universities. Their revenue i m 200 was $97.3M. Not bad or a C- project in college...
