Plate Lunch

The grill at the airport was out of burgers for lunch but lucky me, they have opened a plate lunch station there.

Me: What's that?
Cashier: Stuffed pork chop.
Me: Oh. What's it stuffed with?
Cashier: Don't know.
Me: I'll take it.

I will probably never know what that chop was stuffed with but it was spicy, with rice, and smothered in gravy. It was awesome. Time for a nap on the flight to Houston.

Via your twitter: You're going to a rugby match? When and where?

The LFT airport has some of the best plate lunches in town. Cheap, too.

In and out of Jersey and already headed home. And I might agree with the Whiskey: cheap and delicious!

Pele: I'm not headed to rugby...my brother is though. In Winnipeg.
