Player: I really like playing for this team. I like the league games and I even enjoy practice.
Coach: Did I just hear you say you enjoy practice? I'm going to keep that in my back pocket!
Player: I mean...I don't really like practice that much.
It is not often that you hear some players to admitting liking practice, especially 18 year old players who are in the latter part of a high school season that puts them through daily sessions for 4 months. It felt good to hear it as I continue to determine my roster situation for the spring season.
