It's been a little while since I ate at local Lafayette restaurant Jolie's and a lot has changed there. The menu is completely oriented around fresh farm to table ingredients. Our dinner was fantastic - local cheese plate with sweet pickled beets and watermelon rind, bacon wrapped whole trout stuffed with fresh herbs and garlic and a filet straight from Eunice. 100% recommended if you are ever in town.
