Unknown


This item was picked up along with the harvest we received last weekend. There is somewhat of a silent debate going on in our kitchen regarding whether or not it is garlic or onion. I've eaten it raw and have my opinion.

Definitely not a shallot, I would lean closer to the garlic family.
