In a continuation of the tradition started last year, I plan on smoking some baby back ribs in the backyard this holiday weekend. I'm tweaking the cooking approach a bit based on tips found at amazingribs.com which has a ton of interesting bbq tips (written by an author with the pen name Meathead).
Last year, I think I cooked the ribs at a temp of around 300-350 degrees. Gonna be shooting for 250 today so that means about 3.5-4 hours of time on Old Smokey.
