The past week or two we have been under attack by large white mushrooms in our backyard. I spend time picking up a full plastic bag of these each day and the very next day, a whole set of them are back. Huge white caps all over the place. It's been raining a lot around here so I am wondering if the combination of the mulch that we had sprayed around and all of the rain has introduced this agent into our yard and allowed him to flourish. So far, luckily, Jozy has not appeared to have any interest in eating them. Knock on wood.
