A friend of mine (Mark) stopped by my practice yesterday to kick around with my team.
Player: Who's that coach?
Coach: That's my friend Mark.
Player: Does he have an English accent like you?
Coach: I don't have an English accent.
Player: Jersey accent. Same thing.

I got that all the time when I was there! It was so weird. Some guy at the gas station once actually mimicked me by repeating back what I had said to him in an fake British accent.
