Scheduled

I was in the Lafayette airport and they now have a flat screen display showing flight status (this is big time for our small airport). The status column had one of two possible values, either 'In the air' or 'Scheduled.' It made me wonder if they were avoiding the phrase 'On Time' on purpose...
