Crying Wolff

So Josh Wolff just signed with the German club 1860 Munich. He is the second American on the team (Gregg Berhalter is the other). Well, the Germans must not be watching the same Josh Wolff that I see all the time. The guy certainly has a knack for creating and getting involved in dangerous situations, but (IMHO) he also has a knack for not being able to finish. He is the ultimate fan tease.

You can read the story over at Yanks Abroad. Let's hope Klinsmann has a better player filter before he picks his first roster.

Not that I want to be a hater, or seem like one...again...but the best game Wolff played was when the US beat Mexico in Columbus, Ohio during World Cup 2002 Qaulification...Which is also when Clint Mathis was declared the next saviour of American Soccer...enough said...There is definately better talent available in the MLS, but maybe the league doesn't want to sell them, or is asking for too much in terms of transfer fee?

I totally agree with your assessment. I find JW to be a really frustrating player to watch. I am more than happy to see him go overseas and for Klinsmann, Ronaldo, and Beckham to come over here. Seems like a fair trade to me.

Looks like Klinsmann just gave us the big F.U. though....
