December's Mix was made for Nancy - hope you find something you like on it! Thanks for all of your awesome hospitality during the holidays. This is a mix of some old and new songs that I put together as a Christmas gift for her. For the observant folks out there, I skipped posting November's mix. It was made, just not posted, and consisted of a focus on world music. I might post the cover and track listing later this week while I take a break from the list of fun.

It's on American V: A Hundred Highways. This is the only song I have from that album at the moment - it is really cool. Random sidenote Moby, on his Play disk used a sampling from the original tune that Cash covers here. The Moby tune is really cool as well.

I can AllPeers American V if you want. Let me know. Do you have a Chris Smithers album, or just the one track? I'm new to him but love his acoustic blues guitar.

I failed both November and December for mixes. I still plan on picking it up, but there just wasn't much music listening to or finding going on over the past couple of months.

luke: I only have this one smither's song. It is a pretty funny song as well as quite good. I can see what you are saying about his guitar. No need to AP the Cash disk - thanks for offering though - I may pick up another track or two from iTunes as the month goes on.

SE: I haven;t heard anything else from this disk yet but this song is worth picking up. When you get your copy of this mix be sure to check it out.
